The leading idea of Kipseli is the creation of a network of architects that grows across Greece, which primary objective is the transformation of architecture from luxury to necessity.
While its main philosophy is a form of group / individual work for a common purpose and the concept of the network as a living organism, Kipseli attracts people from various disciplines and locations inviting them to become active members.
By using the support and the tools available to Kipseli members they can unfold their skills and creativity while maintaining their own identity and visual aesthetics.
We believe that in this way we have a chance to offer a trigger towards people to create, mutate our city and our world into something better, to restore the faded color and to promote our culture and values.

TAKA + PARTNERS is a multi-awarded architectural and design practice of architects, interior designers, urban designers, project managers and financial consultants, based in Thessaloniki, Greece. The practice was founded in 2006 by Aspasia Taka, MSc Architect AUTH | NTUA. TAKA + PARTNERS studio in Dubai was established in 2013.

Our practice strives to emerge unique and innovative design in a variety of contexts, locations and scales, from initial concept to turn-key solutions. Our portfolio embodies a variety of projects in the fields of hospitality, residential complexes and apartments, retail, leisure, office buildings, exhibition spaces, landscape design and audiovisual space. Founded in 2014 by the architect Akis Bogdanos , with credibility gained from over 20 years of work through his former practice, arkteam.

The office (aplusm) provides design services, supervision and construction of architectural and mechanical engineering projects.

The technical and manufacturing company Tsirikos Constructions is engaged in the construction business since 1982.

It specializes in the construction of flats, maisonettes, commercial buildings and special structures.    

Our office in historic Plaka has formed a platform for new ideas and unique design over the past 8 years, undertaking various projects regardless of size and programmatic use. Kokosalaki | Architecture has attracted the attention of the international press, with articles in Dezeen, Wallpaper, Elle Decoration Turkiye, Apartments to name a few.

Various projects have been selected for book publications, while the converted neoclassical building in a loft house in Psyrri and the design of a summer house in Aliveri have both been distinguished and awarded by international panels in the DOMES annual competitions in 2012 and 2016. Kokosalaki | Architecture was also among the Top 10 up and coming practices selected by KTIRIO magazine (10under40) in 2017.

Kapsimalis Architects is an architectural office based in Santorini Greece.

The rough volcanic landscape, the intense alternations of the scenery, the diversity of the materials, the former architecture and the changeable weather conditions have a huge effect in our designing process. We consider that each architectural solution is related to the surrounding and is formed by it in a harmonious or a conflicting or in a totally seperate way. The differnt features and challenges of the place is the spark that leads each time to diverse architectural forms. We are interested in how buildings could become integral parts of the landscape. Apart from the forms and how could be developed on each place, equally compelling is how the use of each building contribute to the environment itself. We seek for the values and the customs , the old aesthetics and the pre-existing memories of each place in order to show them up in a modern twist. Wishes and hidden desires of the future users are mixed with project's background in search of a new perception of the space.
